Tube Walk 132 - change of date!

Breaking news! Due to almost everyone having better things to do on the proposed date of the next Tube Walk, it has now been moved to the following Sunday. (You might all have better things to do on that date too, but yr humble Monitor and Navigator will be there at least!)

The next Tube Walk will now take place on Sunday 29th October. We will be walking from Royal Oak to Westbourne Park. Do come if you'd like to, and meet at Royal Oak station from 2pm for a prompt 2.30 start.

Hah, I suppose it had to coincide with a Going Overground non-tube walk at some point! Sorry.

Oh bollocks, of course it does! Oh well, when the Going Overground walk has a location, maybe it'll turn out possible to combine the two.

I'm a "maybe" at the moment. I have had shin splints (leg injury), which has been very annoying indeed, but it is getting better, so I might be recovered enough by Sunday.

I feel I should also point out that I'm walking at least three times more slowly than usual at the moment, due to lungcrap, so I may have to drop out of the walk partway through.

That sucks. It was the shortest Tube Walk ever, in the end! With a nice canal to look at, when you get the chance to catch up.
